Your data, handled with care
Our commitments on how we handle your business's data and, for Restaurant AI, your camera footage. These sit alongside our privacy policy, which remains the formal statement.
Client data
Least access
Integrations use the minimum access an automation needs to run, and nothing more.
Your systems first
Where possible, data stays in your own accounts and systems, such as your Google Drive or accounting software.
Encrypted in transit
Connections between your systems and our automations are encrypted.
Never sold
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your clients' data for our own marketing.
Deletion on request
You can ask us to delete your data. When a service ends, we delete or return client data within 30 days unless you ask otherwise, subject to legal obligations.
You stay in control
You approve every message template, and can change or switch off any automation at any time.
Restaurant cameras
- Processed on-site. Video is processed on a small edge box at your venue, reading a secondary stream in read-only mode.
- Privacy first. Faces are blurred on-device before anything is displayed, and dashboards show a floor-plan view with anonymous markers, not camera images.
- No footage stored by Floor Intelligence. Your existing recording stays with your existing system, which keeps running as it does today.
- Not used to train models for others. Your footage is not used to train models for other clients.
- No staff tracking on the public page. The public Live Tables page shows availability and wait times only: no people, no staff and no cameras.
- Team KPIs, not individual rankings. Staff are recognised only by printed tags or badges, never by face, and must be notified in line with your local workplace surveillance law.
